Natalia Rialucky Marsudi, Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Fairatmos, is a seasoned entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in strategic management and impact investing. Driven by her passion to combat global climate change, she started Fairatmos in 2022, a new generation technology driven high-integrity carbon project developer.

With her robust background, including the 10+ years’ experience in Boston Consulting Group as the Project Leader in Southeast Asia in BCG and past record work together with partners such as WWF.

Currently, Natalia actively engages with various organizations, including becoming the Deputy Chair of ASEAN Alliance on Carbon Market, Indonesia Chamber of Commerce (KADIN) Sustainability Group, Women Mentorship Network, Angel Investment Network Indonesia, YPO Sustainability Indonesia, where she serves as a trusted expert advisor on startups and sustainability issues.
